RajDave Dhaliwal
Senior Corporate Counsel, Seagate Technology (Class of 2019)
“This Specialist Certificate course was a great combination of learning core IP knowledge and applying that knowledge in the context of business. I especially enjoyed the modules on IP audits, IP management strategies and contract negotiations. The structured approach and frameworks presented by the tutors demystified aspects of IP practice and provided a holistic view of IP in business that I feel would normally only be picked up over many years of practice and mentorship. I have no doubt that the soft skills and best practices from these modules will come in handy in my day-to-day IP work.”
Mervyn Cheong
Partner, Advocatus Law LLP (Class of 2019)
“The Specialist Certificate in Intangible Assets Management enhanced my knowledge about intellectual property laws and, through the experienced module facilitators, I gained insights and understanding of business considerations and strategies using intangible assets. I had always been interested in the practice of intellectual property law and was looking for a programme that could give me grounding on the application and value of IP rights, and impart practical skills to formulate strategies and solutions. The programme was structured and it indeed helped equip me with skills, best practices and analytical frameworks to apply. I believe that the knowledge gained will help me provide holistic and practical advice to my clients in the course of my work.”
